  Reporting to the Site Operations Manager with responsibility for the day to day running of the the circuit and the operations team. Site Responsibilities include:• Site safety for Employees and Customers during normal operations and Customer events• Liaison with Contractors about ongoing work projects at the site.• Regular testing of the Fire Alarms • Opening and Closing the site (Site Key holder).• Track maintenance – ensuring the track was at a high and safe standard for events to run• Marshalling events from the pits, ensuring Customer Safety and Satisfaction• General Site maintenance.• Replenishment of consumables. • Customer training (Qualified Kart Instructor) on the safe use of Karts and the Circuit • Regular testing of the Kart fleet to ensure safe and reliable operationTeam Responsibilities include:• The management and setting of team Rota's and shift patterns• Site safety for Employees and Customers during normal operations and Customer events• Provision of 'on the job' training for Operational Staff • Staff appraisals, including Probation and Disciplinary Reviews Show less Working within the Operations Department, carrying out a broad range of activities associated with the day to day running of the circuit, including:• Track maintenance – ensuring the track was at a high and safe standard for events to run• Marshalling events from the pit lane, ensuring Customer safety and Wellbeing before and during their event. (Adjusting seats & Pedals)• General upkeep of site. (Bins, Litter, Grass cutting, Hedge trimming, Painting, Fencing, Drains, etc.)• Having general knowledge of maintenance to be able fix any problems found (Plumbing, Wiring, Carpentry, etc.)• Getting supplies for the track. • Customer training (Qualified Kart Instructor) teaching all ages how to drive the circuit. • Kart testing - test driving the circuit's Kart fleet to ensure safe and reliable operation. Show less Working in the Operations Department as a Track Marshall with the following responsibilities:• Taking care of Customers whilst they are enjoying their events on circuit.• Briefing groups of adults and children about safety on the circuit and how the events run.• Manning Marshal posts during events to ensure the safety of Customers and Track side staff • Running events, including operating the timing system.• Training new Marshals, ensuring that they have a good knowledge of how events run and what they need to be looking out for whilst marshalling an event.
