  Job Description: Build up sales team 1. Work closely with regional sales team, collect internal and market information, support sales team enhance the business operation. Take the responsibility of regional leads generation, management and systematic operation; Regional pipeline management and support regional leaders identify the sales gap and recover plan.2. Analysis business report and industry information, identify business optimization opportunity, drive and build up process to improve efficiency.3.Plan and control budget & costs across the IT, Operations, and Business Services functions, provide various Management Information on performance versus budget with commentary;4. Regional reporting system setup, provide efficient reporting for decision making.5.Build up Chinese Perm team 6.Sales Data Management，performance appraisal;7.Be responsible for the review and approval of customer contracts;；8.Selection, negotiation and finalization of the company's operators; (glue/zhilian/liepin/training company/ IT Vendor/ lease of Shanghai Office/Service company,etc.)9.Management of process maker system;10.Research market information, customer dynamics, market opportunities, and analyze and plan for the company's P & L in all aspects11.Compliance review12.Data analysis, establish monthly, quarterly and annual operation and sales objectives of the company, supervise the implementation of feedback and study strategic plans;13.Supervise the overall operation of the company, fully understand the KPI of each department, master and supervise the overall operation of the project, and achieve and improve key business performance indicators;14.
