My duties included:  Managed operations for a firm employing 130 personnel with $6 Million annual sales  Manufactured 900 different flight critical assemblies, i.e. ducts, skins and airframe components  Handled all purchasing, financial and complex contracting issues  Filed complex legal paperwork and personally argued winning disputes before federal judges.  Provided Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering supervision of 8 Engineers  Doubled annual sales three times.  Held daily top management meetings to coordinate company efforts  Developed innovative, low-cost tooling and manufacturing methods  Created and managed the framework for a custom company information tracking system  Responsible for bidding, administering & coordinating over 2,000 federal government contracts  Created effective inspection methods, inspected assemblies and audited processes.  Authored company quality manual and performed quality audits.
