  Been in charge of development underground tunnel projects in Singapore, including the Common Service Tunnel in new Marina Waterfront. Responsible for transmission development to ensure timely implementation of projects within budgets and quality. Skills developed were project and contract management, negotiation, procurement and communications skill.Engineering studies covered the feasibility of new technologies and products for use in the power transmission and distribution networks. Other works done were the incident management relating to the failure analysis and investigation of faulty equipment and power cables. Been involved in factory audit and products acceptance tests in Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, China, France and Singapore. Major contributions were the implementation of several projects for the electrification scheme to customers.
