  The Center For Naval Aviation Technical Training is an aviation technical school operated by the U.S. Navy that trains over 3,000 employees annually.Managed the Instructional Systems Development Department (ISD) in all areas pertaining to course development/revision, Learning Management System (LMS) upkeep, and $3,000,000 in training assets. Led efforts to develop a local “Training Triad” between our parent organization, subject matter experts (SME’s) and end-users, enabling active-communication that resulted in the ability to expose “real-time” trend data and training performance gaps, greatly enhancing the technical relevancy and accuracy of the training provided.Lead Project Manager for the development/revision of 17 aerospace related courses of instruction utilizing ADDIE/SCORM processes, resulting in on-time delivery of products to fill critical training requirements.Spearheaded a comprehensive training resource study to determine the feasibility and ROI of combining both initial and advanced training pipelines, resulting in a savings of $2,000,000 over the course lifecycle.
