      May 2013 - now
      Community Engagement Expert

Working with different communities to share critical information on climate change impact and to invite people's feedback on rain water harvesting projects, water supply project and on coastal protection projects. The aims are to mobilize full participation of the whole community and to reach out to those who are not in the mainstream so as to ensure that nearly 100%participation is obtained. In doing so we use extensively existing social institutions with particular emphasis on family levels and small group processes in different settings, eventually we kind of generating community empowerment from within to manage and take over those projects as theirs, and highlighting equal access and human right aspects to be well considered at all times; Show less
