      Duties and Responsibilities:-1. To support Assistant Executive Housekeeper in operational of housekeeping department in scheduling, room and job assignment, supervisory, training and developing rank and level, assist in the following the hotel standard to the highest achievement of cleanliness and maintenance of guest area, floor and hotel area2. To maintain the standard Operation Procedure of rank and file, complies to the hotel policy, security and emergency procedure, health and safety for everyone and make sure it to be implemented in every section of Housekeeping Department3. To conduct the daily briefing for every section and assist them for any update information from management especially if there will be any special request related to guest/management 4. Monitors assigned personnel to ensure every guest receive prompt And courteous service5. To maintain the professional working relation with other department related to the Housekeeping Department6. To support and report the Administration, monthly report, room supplies and linen inventory that may needed by AHK to be reported to General Manager7. Controlling and make sure the efficiency of the using of Linen, Room supplies, and Public Area Supplies8. Controlling the Floor section and as a final checker of the Vacant Room, occupied room and out of order room and responsible for recording accurate room status daily and reporting if any discrepancies9. Responsible to reporting and follow up the maintenance needs and damages in all assigned areas10. To ensure the Public area section maintain the cleanliness of the public area 11. Handling all guest complaints in regards of cleanliness and prompt services of HK department and referred to AHK 12.
