  I am responsible for the physical and financial oversight of commercial property through the West Michigan area, including office, industrial, and retail. In my role as Property Manager I am the first line of contact between tenants and building ownership. I work closely with the brokerage team for each property to ensure spaces are leased quickly and budget expectations are met and exceeded. I also draft all new leases for execution. In this capacity, I am responsible for financial reporting, annual budgets, common area maintenance reconciliations, and monthly cash flow analysis. As of June 2018, I have successfully implemented an online work order system that allows the tenants of our portfolio to submit work request directly through a portal, and eliminates all paper work orders as technicians access work via smartphone. In July 2018 NAI Wisinski of West Michigan introduced a fleet of maintenance vehicles, a project that I had the opportunity to spearhead from concept to delivery of the fleet. I will continue to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the fleet. Show less

  Responsible for the physical operation of an office park consisting of more than 700,000 square feet of real estate sitting on over 500 acres of both developed and undeveloped land. I work within a virtual group across the country and direct an onsite team of direct-hire and outsourced employees to provide all maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal for the campus. In my role as Facilities Campus Manager, I provide full oversight to daily facilities operations, budget management and forecasting, and the local response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In conjunction with our facilities maintenance partner, I also oversee critical equipment operation, and ensure that maintenance activities are delivered on time and within budget. Show less
