  The Compass Rose is a replica of an 1800s Brigantine Ship. Square rigger, all wood construction with a storied history from around the world. We offer "At Dock" Tours, Day Sails, Moonlight Sails, Special Events, Team Building, and Private sails.As Quartermaster I oversaw her 5 years restoration, covering approx. 80% of the ship. Most repairs needed to be learned on the fly, fabricating the needed steel work and woodwork.During this restoration I developed skills in carpentry, marine electronics, and marine plumbing. I also coordinated work with other professionals.Currently my duties include, but are not limited too, website design, marketing, networking, provisioning of ship for sails, securing and coordination captain and crew, finances, booking passengers,insuring passenger safety and enjoyment, coordinating charity events.
