      Apr 2015 - Mar 2016
Events co-ordinator for Cambridge Pink Week 2016

In this position on the central committee for Cambridge Pink Week 2016 I contributed to the week's achievement of raising over £25,000 for Breast Cancer charities through organising events within the University. Organised a panel discussion at the Cambridge Union Society which involved inviting the CEO's of leading Breast Cancer charities to speak in the panel and co-ordinatimng the event with the Cambridge Union's policies. Arranged a drinks reception to precede the charity event, where I co-ordinating timings, numbers, drink quantities and types, estimated costs and sourced funding. Maintaining a close correspondence with the Union's President and Speaker's Officer was vital to the event's success. Worked closely with the full committee and contributed to regular meetings and later helped run the events themselves. Show less
