Market Analysis : By analyzing price actions, market trends, global sentiments, volatility, and indicators I create my view for market which helps me in trading decisions and strategies.2. Strategy Development: With help of previous analysis ,I consider factors such as the strike price, expiration date, and premium of options to construct positions that align with my objectives, whether it is hedging or naked trades.3. Risk Management : It is a critical aspect of option trading. I assess and manage the potential risks associated with options positions, including price risk, time decay (theta), degree to which an option is exposed to shifts in the price (delta), and changes in implied volatility and implement risk management techniques such as stop-loss orders, position sizing, and diversification.4. Trade Execution :This is the easiest part after clearing above 3 points, considering order type, liquidity and dynamics of market I punch orders in my demat account.5. Monitoring and Adjustment :I monitor my positions, market conditions, and relevant news to make informed decisions.
