  I have been working with and teaching SQL Server SSRS, SSIS, SSAS to fellow team members to produce, process and automate reports for the last 16 1/2 years. I have been using Stored procedures, to create and maintain Server tables and data flows, and SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau Server to create extracts and reports in an automated process along with processes to help maintain functionality of our Reporting needs. The few cases where SSRS or SSIS is not able to produce the reports that are needed i have automated the process using excel, VBA, Tableau, Power BI and access. my goal, is to create as little manual handling of data to ensure detailed accurate work is provided while reducing the number of people needed to pull data allowing more analytics of the data. I have Assisted in design and implementation of Risk datamart to support bank wide standardized risk analysis and reporting.I maintained, supported and improved risk datamart, including end-user support and training. Assisted in developing ETL processes for loading datamart from 13 separate source systems, I am responsible for modifications and data loads for risk reporting and development and implementation of risk processes. With the newer work force being hired with different skills, I have been taken Python, Power BI and Tableau certification classes to be able to guide and teach team members to be able to handle the ever chaning risk enherit to our lives.
