I highlighted membership benefits, including discounted rates, monthly deals, and potential income from network marketing that could act as a side hustle for the students. My efforts resulted in forming a team of 87 students, where I served as the team leader.   Worked as Creative Manager. This role involved the tasks of an HR/marketing specialist. In this role I was responsible talent acquisition by conducting interviews, succession planning and managing/strategizing performance appraisal methods. It also involved providing a realistic job preview to acquire the right talent, assisting in onboarding of new team members and enhancing employee engagements and relations. Moreover, the role also involved increasing social media engagement for clients, creating posters and assisting in promoting their products through creating video content. Show less In this internship role I was assigned the task to manage campaigns for clients and advertise the roles open for internships for other university students. The HR roles involved was managing the data and record of the employees and performance management by conducting performance review meetings and follow-up actions. Along with this I also was handed over the task of team leader and managing a team of 5 members to increase social media engagement of several clients by conducting marketing campaigns with the Google Analytics.
