      (Internal promotion)In this role, I reported into the Head of Recruitment and I was responsible for leading a team of up to 6 recruitment coordinators and developing recruitment strategies that aligned with the company's goals. My role focused on creating team objectives based on market insights/business objectives, developing effective recruitment strategies and high level project work. In order to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience, I helped build an in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that was tailored to Punch Pubs & Co's recruitment needs. I took a proactive approach to recruitment by constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to attract top talent, whether through social media campaigns, industry events or targeted advertising.
