      In my role as chief marketing officer I managed the full, end-to-end working process of the marketing and PR departments of R-Style Softlab, big Russian banking automation systems vendor and part of a major IT holding corporation, R-Style. The first main result of my job was penetration to CIS market (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Armenia) in 2009-2012 thanks to proactive marketing: telemarketing, direct mail, different type of events. The second one was successful lounches of several new products: online banking system (Sberbank online is a most famous), a number of new BI solutions and a new product for banking securities.My responsibilities included:1. I took a part in company strategy generation. I devised the marketing policy of the company and the operational marketing plan. I controlled marketing activity, and created a system of accounting and reporting.2. I formed a marketing team (and this is one of my strongest qualities), created and managed motivation programmes and the professional development of personnel (11 employes and freelancers). 3. The working process of the department included: - marketing research, competitive analysis; - product and services promotion (including utilising the internet and various social networks); - planning and organisation of ATL and BTL activities;- measuring and providing partner and client loyalty;- communication with domestic and international partners, including global IT vendors and consultancy companies. 4.       The main objective of my job was growing the sales profits and market share of the Prestigio products in Russia through building and developing the brand ecosystem.       I was responsible for the marketing and PR in the big IT distribution company, the largest part of the major Russian IT holding LANIT (80+ international brands in the product line, 2900+ partners). Our team planned and realized different types of co-marketing activities with worldwide hardware and software brands (HP, EMC, Microsoft, Huawei, Schneider Electric, Asus ets) and promoted our own brand of mobile devices - IRBIS. I reloaded outdated marketing process, expanded number of vendor's marketing cooperations, exceeded a revenue plan of department and led full rebranding of IRBIS.
