  As TEAM Mentor I guide people in the Bleeding Disorder Community through integral transitioning periods in their lives. The end goal of this program is to provide these individuals skills and knowledge to create a successful and sustainable living for their futures.

  As Chemistry Teacher at Desert Edge High School I am responsible for designing and implementing instructional strategies and daily lessons aligned with state and national standards to ensure student success. As STEM Adviser I've designed and created a maker's space with the help of local partnerships in engineering and construction. Along with this space a curriculum has been created to utilize its maximum capacity across the disciplines at Desert Edge High School. As Science Department Chair I oversee eight teachers in the department. I lead this department through collaboration in an effort to find innovative ways to teach science in a time that technology is shaping our daily interactions.
