  Operation Engineer

   Day-to-day follow-up on the process parameters of the unit & provide process guidelines to operation shift team. Define guidelines and process adjustments for unit’s processes optimization, define and check on window operation limits, and follow-up on Jubail Export Refinery (JER) budget, yields and throughputs Liaise with the Inspection & Process Division to follow-up on field troubleshooting operations and ensure that all related activities are in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. Coordinate with the Process, Laboratory and OSA, and Planning personnel to carry out and evaluate test-runs of new or existing installations. Ensure that corrective actions and quick win improvements are in place and implemented Participate in conducting internal inspections on the unit’s equipment prior to start-up, andassist in the start-up of new units, shutdown and process inspection activities. Provide operating input to new projects/installations analyses and contribute to the development and implementation of Hazops, Process Flow Diagram (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PIDs), safety assessment, and management of change. Close follow-up with units and implement capacity, yield, and efficiency improvement projects. Follow-up on testing and inspection activities, shutdown preparation and execution and tackle all operating issues. Participate in the efforts to make the units more reliable, in particular in terms of product quality and cycle length (which include corrosion control). Participate in the optimization of the units by operating the units at their constraints, maximizing the energy efficiency and optimizing the operating costs. To lead operating units & resolve their chronic problems and removing any major difficulties in operation and to periodically provide guidance and advice to achieve high efficiency. MOC for plant Improvements Recommendation & coordinate/follow up with project and Engineering teams. عرض أقل
