  Junior counselor

  I was a junior counselor and was tasked with aiding and supporting the head counselor while we were leading different cabins of young kids. On top of learning how to lead alongside someone who had different leadership tendencies than me, we had a course on leadership that challenged how we lead and why we should lead in different ways that are positive toward those we are leading.
