  Production associate-safety/emergency response team

  I started out as a production associate at Honda. I also was an EMT-Advanced for Honda's emergency response team. I was one of two main safety associates for a major demo project at Honda. I also helped implement safety standards and also helped with Job Hazard Analysis and ways to improve processes within the assembly department.

  As the EMS Chief of USV EMS, I was in charge of the day to day activities of my department. This includes, but not limited to, grant writing, administrative duties, hiring personnel, and also implementing policies and procedures for the department. I also ensure quality assurance and standards of care are being met as well through our QA program.

  As the EMS Manager, I serve as the key contact for EMS items and also serve as the liaison between the departments and the hospital. I am in charge of the day to day activities of the EMS sector at LMHS. I will ensure quality measures are maintained by all departments in the region. I provide administrative support to the EMS Medical Directors here at LMHS. I continue to assist with the progression of our EMS protocols for the departments in which we serve as Medical Directorship for. I also enhance the relationships between LMHS and our EMS providers and area hospitals in the region. Show less As the Emergency Department Physician Coordinator, I was in charge of onboarding new physicians, PA's, and CNP's in our emergency department. I work very closely with many billing companies as well. I also work as the main liaison for the ED Physicians group here at LMHS. I was responsible for the monthly statistical data reports and spreadsheets for the Emergency Dept. and track trends in the ER. I provided administrative support to the Emergency Department Medical Director. I work with many facets at LMHS to ensure exceptional and timely responses between the ER physicians group and the entire hospital. Show less
