  Managing a team of 80 awesome people with whom i was preparing for the next generation of recruits. Managing a team of a 10 great people with whom i developed advertising materials. We organized trainings and we worked with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Organizing cultural and tech events for students such as “Serile Teatrului Studentesc”, “ITFest”, “Tap That Job”. Managing a team of 30 people. We have made all the promotional materials, both online and offline, in order to promote the festival.
