I recently worked with the SAP Consultants to implement a seamless electronic performance management system (SAP SuccessFactors-performance & goals system) for my organisation. The exercise involves customizing a global electronic PM system to suit the culture of my organisation and also trained end-users mainly employees and their direct supervisors/managers to use the system and also assisted them to capture their performance objectives into the SAP system among others.
