      Aug 2006 - now

As the primary resource to approximately 300 student organizations, I focused on educating key stakeholders (presidents, student leaders and advisors) on leadership development, risk management, member development, and other relevant topics that support a strong and engaged campus community. Budget oversight, marketing, outreach and strategic planning for the Student Organizations office within Student Affairs were within my purview. Additionally, I co-led the CliftonStrengths initiatives for the university and also served on the following committees: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee (Student Affairs), TCU Alcohol and Drug Awareness Coalition (Student Affairs), and Mediation committee (University). Show less Oversaw student leadership programs and initiatives for TCU, provided coaching to students, facilitated leadership workshops, and coordinated student-led participation in programs, activities and trips. Two cohort-based, selective leadership development programs, the Chancellor's Leadership Program and Lead NOW (Network for Women) were under my purview and responsibilities included marketing, selection, onboarding, curriculum development, and assessment. An annual campus leadership awards selection process and banquet and global leadership opportunities (study abroad trips) were also large scale events and programs I managed. Budget oversight, marketing, outreach and strategic planning for the Center, and supervision of professional staff and student leaders were additional focuses. Show less Managed a multi-year, cohort based leadership development program, the BNSF Next Generation Leadership program within the Neeley School of Business. This highly selective program provides innovative academic courses, coaching, community service projects and co-curricular activities to students to learn about themselves and hone their leadership skills. I provided coaching to students, facilitated and planned corporate leadership speakers, workshops and site visits, as well as domestic and international trips. This role included administration of student development, progress and assessment / evaluation. Show less
