  Supervised and implemented the transition of the Regiment from Windows XP to Windows 7 for over 500 users. Supervise all user assistance and work requests for over 1500 computer assets and users at locations across the base. Maintained and supervised operation of communication architecture that provided access to phone and data services to units conducting field training. Maintained custody and ensured maintenance of over $20 million of communications equipment. Personally inspected and accounted for over 1200 different communications assets and component parts. This included internet protocol firewalls such as the Deployed Integrated Security Device, tactical network architecture such as the Data Distribution System-Modular, Cisco Call Manager-enabled devices, Cisco routers and switches, and personal computers for users.
