  The Senior Cadet Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) at 1338 (Seaham) Squadron. Within this, responsibilities include line managing a team of 4 other NCOs and roughly 30 cadets and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of events and activities. One of the Cadet Warrant Officers in Durham and Northumberland Wing able to be called upon to assist with the running of activities on behalf of the wing.
