  Served on the Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (CARD) Team as an expert and instructor in the location and rescue of missing children throughout the United States. Responded to more than 100 missing child matters. Trained hundreds of local, state, federal, and military personnel on how to respond to missing child matters. An original member of the Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST). Served as an expert in cellular technology/RF and as a supervisor for research, development, and training. Deployed domestically and internationally operationally and as an instructor. Trained hundreds of local, state, federal, military, and vetted international partners in cellular technology. Served as an expert witness in state, federal, and military courts. Designed, directed, and conducted SIGINT missions domestically and internationally. Conducted RF testing using multiple tools and integrated this testing into the location of victims, in expert court testimony, and in the validation of record interpretation. Served as the Senior Division Advanced Capability Paramedic, responsible for overall medical care of FBI and other personnel deployed domestically and internationally.
