  Responsible for the control and monitoring of Mexicana de Aviación's operations (120 aircraft flying to 90 domestic and international destinations) as well as the flight assignments of the 6500 pilots and flight attendants.- Designed and developed Mexicana's Strategic Operational Center, the first in the country, which allowed us to track all aircraft in flight at all times.- Implemented the Crew Management System (SBS Maestro), which reduced overtime costs by 21%.

  Managed the Aviation Safety (SMS), Security (SeMS), Health (HSMS) and Quality systems of Aeromexico's air operations; responsible for the Emergency Response Program (ERP) and the Crisis Control Center, Human Factors Programs in Crews and Occupational Health Management of Aeromexico's employees.- Designed and implemented the "Just Culture" philosophy, which significantly increased the efficiency of safety indicators, as well as the number of reports issued by aeronautical technical personnel (from 2000 to 14000 reports per year from 2015 to 2023).- Was the COVID19 Crisis Management Leader and designed the program for a healthy operation during the pandemic.- Created the Crew Human Factors Program, which has enabled the rehabilitation of a large number of pilots and flight attendants with addiction problems.- Strengthened the quality control system, allowing for satisfactory results in the various safety audits performed on the company by national and international authorities (FAA, AFAC, IOSA, EASA, etc.).
