      Responsible for the control and monitoring of Mexicana de Aviación's operations (120 aircraft flying to 90 domestic and international destinations) as well as the flight assignments of the 6500 pilots and flight attendants.- Designed and developed Mexicana's Strategic Operational Center, the first in the country, which allowed us to track all aircraft in flight at all times.- Implemented the Crew Management System (SBS Maestro), which reduced overtime costs by 21%.
