  Hydros UI Team is an international team of 14 student from UI that competed on Hydrocontest 2018 at St. Tropez, France. Achieved 2nd Place on Long Distance Race. My responsibilities as the hull designer are:-Design the lightweight and heavyweight hull for Hydrocontest competition in St. Tropez, France. -Analyze the and resistance of the lightweight and heavyweight boat using Maxsurf Resistance and boat modelling method.-Analyze the weight distribution and stability of the lightweight and heavyweight boat using Maxsurf Stability.-Design the general arrangement of the boat liaise with electrical and mechanical division. As a Structural Production Engineer my responsibilities are but not limited to:- Involved in constructability study to ensure projects buildable. - Review MTO, monitor Expediting Report and Raise Purchase Requisition as required.- Review Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, NDT Drawings and WPS Log sheet and Highlight outstanding drawings to meet project specification and schedule.- Issue work package and material from warehouse for pre-fabrication and installation as per fabrication sequence.- Develop Method Statement for specific fabrication activity as required.- Raise Revision Order, Variance Order and Site Query as required.- Manage erection installation progress and productivity as per Project Schedule and budget Man-hours.- Provide input to Planner for Reporting and Schedule Rebase line.- Resolve fabrication and construction related problem at Site.
