Roles & Responsibilities as TMG – Internal Resource Allocation• Resource Management: Responsible for matching the resource capacity of the organization to the resource demand that has been generated by approved projects and programs through internal & external resources maintaining appropriate bench velocity• Appropriate Resource Utilization – Encouraging the right utilization of the existing resources for the overall Corporate and hence the cost optimization by keeping a close checks on the external hiring being done.• Corporate Pool /Buffer Management: Maintain a free pool of human resources of certain technology depending on the demand.• Sub-Contract hiring: Sharing requirement with the vendors, with close follow up shortlisting the relevant profiles & scheduling the interviews. Once selected, documenting them on system.• Contract to permanent conversion: Checking the contract date of each resource of the clusters I am handling (NTSS- comprises of 5 IBU: CNET 1 and 2, NTS, NS IBU 01 and 02) & initiating the CTP by checking the demand of the resource.• Training Module Initiation: The deliveries I am handling comprises of majorly networking requirements/profiles. At times scenarios come when demands are more within less duration & it’s difficult to fulfill them with bench resource, so taking the forecasting from the delivery & suggesting training module so that buffer can be maintained & internal fulfillment can be done.• Resource Allocation: Allocating the resource to the required project by checking with the delivery. This maintains the buffer & project headcount.• UAT: As the part of new system improvement, I was part of UAT for certain changes which was implementing on system for better functionality. 收起
