  First I was translating letters into Persian, and writing letters into English, but then I made phone calls and wrote e.mails to foreign companies to complete the task of purchasing. Finally I was in charge of finding the dealer of an especial product, contacting him/her ( either by e.mail or phone) sending inquiry, seeking for discount and taking a quotation .

  Nosazi Abasabad is an affiliated company to the Tehran Municipality, and is in charge of constructing a series of parks and public resorts in Tehran. I was working there as translator and website operator, beside cooperation on conducting research projects related to the company vision, and publishing monthly worksheets, blueprints, etc. in the coordination office.

  Iran Liquefied Natural Gas is the first Iranian company to produce Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Iran LNG is building an LNG plant In Asalouyeh. I was a member of Public Relations department in their Tehran office.Coordinating company's attendance to exhibitions, seminars and conferences, inside and outside of Iran were my main duty.I would source conferences and tradeshows for the company to attend, do the correspondence, make negotiations, reserve the stand space, find the suitable standbuilder, arrange the stand staff, gifts, etc. The ordinary tasks of PR office were of our duties while we were not in a tradeshow or conference project. I did English/Farsi and Farsi/English translation when needed. For example I provided the English feedback of the company's website, besides Persian translations for our internal publication, named AWA. In the meantime, I managed the emails and requests received to the company, such as business proposals, purchase requests, cooperation proposals, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc. I would receive the letters sent to company general email address, do some correspondence to gather enough information - make phone calls as needed - and forward it to the department in charge. I was also coordinating the Meet & Greet team of Iran LNG. It means coordinating the hotel reservation, transportation and rotation chart of the expatriate workers. Show less
