      This people manager role is my first at IBM, looking after our talented team of service delivery managers and service co-ordinators (incident, problem, change). I am also responsible for the IBM NZ shared services infrastructure supporting all NZ accounts. This month I have kicked off a local automation focus group taking best of breed from IBM global and mixing it with Kiwi can do to maximise benefits at an NZ level. Delivery Project Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of service (BAU and Project) to our clients. I champion innovation and ensure the security and compliance posture of the account is at all times audit ready. I am responsible for costs on my account, reviewing and approving all labour and non labour expenses. I am the key client contact for high impacting issues. I ensure we meet our contractual obligations for service levels and I provide an escalation point for our clients into the wider IBM teams. I also build relationships within our IBM technical base and educate them on our clients business so we can all work at a closer level with the client to provide the best possible service.
