  Making Progress as a Process Engineer at Pierburg! 🔌 Sparking New Ideas: My journey at Pierburg began with an exciting role as a process engineer, marking the start of an exciting adventure.🛠️ Getting into Electric: Moving ahead, I jumped into working with electric exhaust control valves (E-ECV) for passenger cars. Pierburg was all about making changes, and I was part of that action.🚚 Taking Charge in Diesel: My path then led me to a big project focusing on commercial diesel systems. Pierburg always wanted to try new things, and I was there to help.⚙️ What I Did:Starting Something New: I played a big part in starting new projects, trying things we hadn't done before to make Pierburg better.Handling Different Things Easily: I looked after production lines making 15 different products for 4 customers, and I made sure the changeovers between products went smoothly.Doing Really Well: We did a great job, with a measurement called OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) over 85%. It showed we were doing things really effectively.Looking After Many Lines: I was in charge of four production lines, making sure they all ran well.🔑 What I Took Care Of:Making Processes Work: I helped design plans and instructions to make sure everything was done correctly.Working Together: Whether it was talking with suppliers or helping with audits, I was all about working as a team to get things done.Keeping Things Going: From writing instructions for making products to planning how to keep equipment working well, I made sure everything ran smoothly.Helping Others Learn: I taught new team members how to work on the production line, passing on what I knew.🌟 My time as a Process Engineer at Pierburg was all about making things better, trying new stuff, and always aiming for success.   From Start to Success: My Journey at SSI Technologies👥 Joining a Growing Team: I came on board at SSI Technologies as the seventh member, and together, we built something amazing from the ground up.🛠️ Shaping Partnerships: Right from the get-go, I took the reins in building strong connections with equipment suppliers and integrators. This foundation set the stage for our journey.🌍 Taking Flight in Czech Republic: I swiftly kicked off our journey by diving into a groundbreaking project in the Czech Republic. We crafted a production line for ultrasonic sensors with a heater module, tailor-made for truck applications. Today, that line operates seamlessly, delivering quality to our valued customers.🔆 Lighting the Path for Passengers: My role soon shifted towards another exciting endeavor. We ventured into producing sensors for passenger cars—these sensors measure temperature, level, and concentration. My forte lies in guiding projects from their initial concepts all the way to the hands of our customers.🌟 Pioneering Progress: Every step of the way, I've been at the forefront of driving innovation and success.   New update: I'm now officaly certified safety officer so I can better contribute to the health and safety situation in our plant.Leading the Way as a Team!🛠️ Starting Strong: I began my journey at KS Kolbenschmidt in 2018, leading a group in hall 3. I proved my skills and got promoted to lead hall 4 as well, where we make lots of important steel pistons for our business.🚀 Facing Challenges Together: We tackled tough times like shortages of car parts, issues in Ukraine, higher energy costs, and the tricky COVID-19 situation. But we stuck to our word and made sure suppliers got what they needed on time.📊 Improving Our Work: Even though our team got smaller, going from 21 to 10 leaders, we got even better at what we do. We made more things, even when things were hard. We're all about getting things done right.💡 Growing and Moving Ahead: Moving from hall 3 to hall 4 was just the beginning. Now, I'm also in charge of another part of the factory. We're on a journey of growth, and we're not slowing down.📈 Directly Reporting and Keeping Promises: I talk directly to the plant manager. We're serious about delivering about 500,000 pistons to our customer, and we're doing it without any big delays.🚀 Making Things Happen: I'm driven to succeed.
