  Lead a team of Instrument Engineers and Technicians to manage maintenance of Field Instrumentation, including ATG systems, Custody Transfer Metering (Gas/Oil), Fire & Gas Detection, Wellhead Instrumentation, Control Panels, and Building Fire Alarm systems.- Oversee Training Needs Assessments and create Annual Training Plans for team development.- Provide technical support during operations, maintenance, and plant modifications, upgrades, debottlenecking, and augmentation.- Ensure implementation of corporate SD&HSE policies, procedures, and local regulations.
