      • Responsible for the mobile communications operation of mobile connected services for the BMW fleet in EMEA and USA.• Support of Mobile Network Operations (Connected Drive) in EMEA and USA.• Manage the eSIM subscription management solution and overcome challenges in localization and fleet changes.• Work closely with the vehicle development and incorporate new requirements into operations.• Together with external partners you develop big data solutions to analyse complex relationships. • Manage Projects within Department.• MoD - Manager on Duty for 24/7 2nd level support.
