  I am the Technology Coordinator and Process Manager for the Mission Systems sector. I coordinate the processes, communication, and documentation of the technology investment program, assist in the management intellectual property, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. I have also developed practices to effectively maintain, distribute and enable the sharing and adoption of technology across the sector and to utilize effective visualization methods for communicating technology program data. My primary duties include:- Ensuring the communication of IR&D projects throughout the NGMS sector and the reporting of that information internally, to corporate and other sectors.- Coordinates and executes the reporting of NGMS IR&D data to the Defense Innovation Marketplace as required by DoD for allowability, cost recovery and audits.- Coordinates the Innovation Fund processes including proposal submissions and collection of artifacts. - Responsible for the coordination and development of all IR&D, University Export, and Intellectual Property committee and Innovation Fund for the NGMS sector. - Utilizing ShareCenter and SharePoint to organize the Investment Program documentation, Proposals, Quarterly Reviews and Final Reports into a central repository. Show less I am the Quality Engineer for the Intelligence Group (TASC) Investment Program, ensuring that processes needed for quality and configuration management are established, implemented, and maintained. I report the performance of the Investment Program projects and recommended process improvements to all levels of program management. I am also involved in the Intellectual Property program.- Use ShareCenter to organize the Investment Program documentation, Project Proposals, Monthly Progress Reports, Quarterly Reviews and Final Reports.- Established an Intellectual Property guidelines and Technology Readiness Level (TRL) ratings for the Investment Program.- Work with the Quality Engineering group to write and review TASC plans and procedures.- Established a central configuration management system, using Subversion, for the Investment Program.In addition to my Quality Engineering duties described above, in May 2008 I took on the additional role of Quality Engineering Manger.
