Pre-commissioning and commissioningo Done pre commissioning activities in Duel Feed Cracker Unit like Steam blowing, Chemical cleaning, Air blowing, preservation, leak check.o Done commissioning of Dual Feed Steam cracker unit.o Done logic and function checking as a part of commissioning activity. o Worked with licensor (Linde Germany) in plant commissioning activities of the same plant2. Shift Handovero Takes charge of the assigned area operations from previous Shift Team Leader with details of any operational abnormalities or changes.o Reviews reports and logbook from the previous shift and plans shift activities accordingly.o Provide a consolidated handover report (Logbook), with all major highlights and constraints experienced during the shift in the assigned area in detail for the next shift.o Provides feedback on plant status in a structured way during shift meetingo Ensure that HOD of cracker unit fully informed regarding all shift activities. 3. Overall Supervision of Shift Operationso Supervises all operations, maintenance and HSE related activities during the assigned shift.o Reviews outside log sheet readings and compare them with the control room data to ensure they correlate.o Ensures efficient running of the assigned operations units by effectively managing Panel and Field Operators during the shift.o Carries out detailed inspection of all assigned units to ensure compliance to SOPs and operating instructions.o Ensures unit housekeeping and basic equipment care.o Accountable for plant operational KPIs and ensuring the shift activities are aligned with the same4.
