As an ASC, I was a corporate Apple employee located inside a partner retailers building and was responsible for providing Apple's World Class customer service, conducting one-to-one & one-to-many Apple product demonstrations covering Mac, OS X, iPhone, iPad, iOS & all Apple-branded hardware & software.
