      Leading a skilled division of Sales Enablement, Operations, Analytics, and Effectiveness Coaches to help in all aspects that will add to growing the revenue of our SaaS business. We have rolled out a new Sales call process across our entire company with all client-facing employees and led a team of coaches to carry ongoing education. We have certified 1000+ reps and continue to coach underperforming reps towards improvement. We rolled out and own the tech stack that our entire company uses when interacting with our clients to ensure that we are running a scalable and repeatable process. (Salesloft, Slack, Intercom, Qlik, Distribution Engine) With the systems and processes we created and own in partnership with our outstanding Sales Leaders our SDR team has seen a 107% increase in YoY conversion rate from '21 to '23 and our Software Sales team has seen a 65% increase in YoY sales made in the same time. In the first 3 months of working with our Local sales partners, we saw a 19% increase in conversion rate MoM (Jan '23 to March '23).
