   Oversee the production processes to ensure medications are produced accurately.  Monitor the dispensing area and ensure dispensing of right amount of ingredients for the right product for right dosage form. Supervising and coordinating the work of manufacturing operators and ensuring the distribution of quality drugs in the market.  Conduct training to workers and officers about hygiene and safety environments.  Prepare and review documents (BMR, BPR etc.) to release the finished products into the market.  Review and prepare documents such as in-process, BMR, BPR, SOP etc.  Perform and review the investigation of internal and external quality incidents.  Conduct regular training to the quality and manufacturing teams.  Oversee the cleaning validation, process validation and equipment qualifications activities.  Coordinate the local and international regulatory audits and submit audit CAPA response to regulatory authority to take approval and renewal of manufacturing license.  Review and prepare investigation report, deviation report, out of specification (OOS), change request, product complaints, recalls and verifies the effectiveness of corrective action & preventive actions (CAPA).  Coordinate with the third-party service providers and prepare agreement with them.  Supervising and coordinating the work of Production personnel and liaise with other departments.  Ensure the occupational health and safety (HSE) policies and procedures are in workplace (Equipment, facilities, raw materials, chemical agents etc.) as per safety guidelines.  To perform and report checking of equipment qualification.  To execute process validation and checking of the process validation protocols and checking the validation report.
