  Key Responsibilities: reparing Project Schedules/Plans.  Coordination of all commercial and technical activities from coming into force of a contract to acceptance up to the end of warranty period. Periodic review & monitoring the progress of the project for ensuring completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters. Coordination and control of all activities with:o Electric and automationo Steel makingo Engineering India and/or Zurich & Italyo Others such as consortium members, agents, consultants Management and preparation of documentation (i.e. engineering, manuals, instructions, …). Preparing & maintaining various project documents, drawing & document submission schedules, contracts, cost statements & getting the same approved from client / consultant. Propose new budget forecasts, monitoring and reporting the reasons of the change. Coordination of supervision services for erection and commissioning. Management of contract variations (commercial and technical). Preparation, handling and submission in time of all contractual documents. Monitoring the project in all respects to ensure the smooth operation of the project in compliance with the client’s requirements. If and as applicable, give feedback on Risk evaluation, analysis and mitigation related to general delays, defects, commercial milestones missing, etc. Management of all claims (Claim Management) up to final acceptance, as well as final settlement of open points with the customer “to close” a contract. Responding partner towards customer during warranty period Handling, execution and control of each contract project within the budget and time frame. Reporting “lessons learnt” (both technical and financial) to concerned parties with the aim of continuously improve company efficiency and performances and prevent future similar issues.
