  Worked on the new Orlando International Airport's new terminal ($1.8 Billion project). My role as an MEP engineer includes verifying the completeness and build-ability of all utility design for the project and managing submittals and RFIs. This includes full coordination between the owner, the designers, and subcontractors. In addition, my role includes defining contractors' scopes of work for their bids as well as performing post-bid interviews to verify bid packages completeness.

  Created the corporate strategy and advised on the pricing structure for a predictive analytics start-up in South Africa targeting the industrial sector. Consultation involved heavy research in the Industrial-IoT (IIoT) and the industrial revolution 4.0.Corporate strategy was created based on the Blue-Ocean strategy philosophy to differentiate the start-up in the South African Market. Careful analysis of the South African demographics and market sizing were key inputs in the strategy.Researched and interviewed potential competition as part of the competitive landscape analysis, focusing on strengths, weaknesses and pricing structure.Pitched recommendations and findings to Sedgefield Capital Partners, key investor in the start-up.
