  Over 25 years of experience in Medical, Education and Management Fields. Administering and co-coordinating all activities of the hospital. As Vice President, Hospital Administration handling affairs of 700 Bed hospitals in 3 states of Gujarat, Jharkhand & Andhra Pradesh, India and responsible for operation of the hospital for the application and implementation of established policies. Effectively planned, and implemented JCI and NABH Standards in Metas Adventist Hospital, Surat, Ranchi & NuzvidHave liaison with the governing authority, the Medical staff and departments of the Hospital.Conceived the idea of starting Medical Post Graduate Studies in DNB & CPS for fields of study in Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Anesthesia, Pediatrics and Orthopedics. Prepared reports for & attend meeting with the governing bodies regarding the total activities of the institution as well as governmental development which affects health care. Implemented the control and effective utilization of physical and financial resources of the Hospital.
