First of all I have to study and understand the job requirements that is received from the client side, then evaluating the different sourcing method for such requirements,screening, shortlisting profiles,make sure that they come for an interview, conducting,scheduling interviews with our clients, if they are shortlisted then following the candidates until they join the company and also collecting testimonials. Our consultants go beyond the normal mode of sourcing profiles from portals. They network across borders and as a result, source even passive talents, which otherwise are not active in the job market.An open culture, a desire to excel, an attitude to serve, ensuring quality in every activity, within stipulated time, make us a team that is oriented towards continuous learning and utilizing this learning towards pioneering new ideas.
