Introduced and implemented a tender process as no comprehensive records had been kept, i.e. Database of Tenders submitted, awarded, lost; implemented Win/Loss reviews, including a sign-off process and audit trail.6. Provided an Operational support process and introduced an organized approach to Tender responses. Preparation of Roles and Responsibilities, scheduling of bid team meetings, gathering of response collateral and coordination of tender offering into submission format, while meeting with clients exact detailed requirements.7. Training bid team and support staff to properly address Tenders to meet with clients requirements, company legal requirements and corporate governance requirements, as well as training in preparation, editing and accuracy of documents, while meeting set timelines.8. Preparation and generation of reports.During my tenure in 2013, I successfully brought positive change to Nashua and substantially improved revenue through sources of awarded tenders in Western and Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Vaal region, Tshwane, Gauteng and externally in Zimbabwe, and Ghana.
