  Serves as an Operational Test and Evaluation Program Manager for assigned weapon systems and subsystems. Designs, develops, and directs the operational test plan for assigned Acquisition Category I, II, and Department of Defense oversight major weapons systems programs. Responsible for the final report submitted to the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation for presentation to Congress to support the Full Rate Production decision or stop further development of new or modified weapon systems. Executes, chairs, and attends planning meetings to include Joint Reliability and Maintainability Evaluation Team meetings, deficiency report boards, and critical design reviews needed to plan and execute Integrated Operational Testing and Evaluation.
