Create, revise, and enforce policy, mediate employee conflict, record inventory, manage digital signage, organize and advertise large campus events, and coordinate 25 employee schedules. Utilized InnoSoft Fusion software. Promote and sell products, register customers for programs, answer questions and address customer concerns, and enforce policy. Utilized InnoSoft Fusion software. Called alumni, parents, and friends of Whitworth for contributions to The Whitworth Fund. Required strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Raised over $30,000 during four semesters. Promoted to Lead Caller after two semesters. Additional responsibilities included training and assisting new callers and substituting for managers when needed.

In addition to the above, I continued to produce new sales resources, including case studies, scripts for video ads, and sales emails.
