      Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:• Quantity takeoff and Preparing detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) after reviewing the complete set of Architectural, structural and MEP drawings based on POMI• Administer and manage the Contract Documents and Contract amendments coordinate with Client• Preparing tender invitations, response the tender queries, preparing Tender Analysis and Tender Evaluation report • Review the prequalification’s of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers• Drafting commercial-related letters to contractors, and subcontractors• Prepare the Interim Payment Application (IPA) and Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) and recommend to the client further procedures.• Prepare the Variation Request (VR)/ Valuation of variation order (VO) and recommend to the Client for the approval procedure.• Managing provisional sums, obtain the quote and negotiate with the supplier and subcontractor, Finalize the PS and PC rate items.• Prepare the PS Adjustment, PC rate adjustment• Site-visit whenever required, attend the commercial and site progress meetings, prepare the MOM, and take necessary action accordingly • Prepare the Monthly Cost report for each project handling • Reporting to Managing Director and Commercial Manager as per project allocation• Maintain and updated Variation Log and EI Log• Preparing the Final Accounts• Liaise with all departments and all stakeholders Show less
