My clients have the answers within themselves for the most powerful new possibilities and it is my job to ask powerful, thought provoking and solution oriented questions to move them forward to what they truly want. I love working with people trying to find or hone their life purpose and also those in a time of transition. I have worked with military members, professionals and individuals in life crisis. I have been trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a 320+ hour training program in Core Energy Coaching. Command Senior Chief

The Command Senior Chief (CSC) is a valuable asset which stimulates free-flowing communications and ensures the highest standards of professionalism are upheld at all levels within the chain of command. Command Senior Chiefs strengthen the chain of command by keeping the Commanding Officer aware of existing or potential situations as well as procedures and practices which affect the mission, readiness, welfare and morale of the members in the command. CSC's are the senior enlisted leaders who report directly to their respective Commanding Officers. They formulate and implement policies concerning morale, welfare, job satisfaction, discipline, utilization and training of Coast Guard personnel. By reporting directly to their Commanding Officer, the CSC's keep their chain of command aware and informed of sensitive and current issues. Much of my day is spent walking around the unit speaking with members to get the true deck plate feelings and issues. I also work closely with the ombudsman to ensue family issues are taken care of and presented to the command when needed. Show less
