The position requires a certain amount of best practice utilization to get clients to their optimum level, using our products. Additionally, we use gap analysis techniques to determine the solutions that will work best for clients in helping them to reach their technology goals.My specialty is Price Book where I'm responsible for moving a client into the scanning world, both scanning out at the register and scan receiving. I'm also developing the best practice documentation for a Payroll application that interfaces with several different payroll companies/solutions including Microsoft Dynamics. Show less
