  I was promoted to a leadership role providing high-level technical support for key client projects including technical supervision for multiple groups in the company that provides sustainable design, modeling, and engineering services for companies in the US in all industries. In this role, I led and managed the establishment of electrical standards, design protocols, and technology selections. I also established and monitored the reliability and performance of electrical systems from design through construction.A few of my wins in this role include:• Led 1 direct report and provided technical expertise for engineering teams of up to 5 people in multiple projects.• Managed an average of 4 - 5 electrical engineering projects at a time.• Served as the design lead and subject matter expert for complex commercial projects in highly regulated industries including input on code requirements and client specifications.• Gathered and defined requirements by interfacing with business and construction stakeholders to perform deep-dives into the project to provide and present recommendations on electrical systems.• Provided in-depth analysis including arc flash hazard analysis, feasibility studies, and design documents.
