      I am investigating the legacy effect (long-term effect) of exercise trials on cognitive outcomes in older adults in addition to the legacy effect of The BRAIN Training Trial on cognitive outcomes in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Additionally, I am investigating the association between muscle-derived neurotrophic factors, body composition, neuromuscular fitness and cognitive factors in older adults with MCI.
